Maxine Lynn launches podcast about legal aspects of the erotic industry
Attorney, Maxine Lynn, of Unzipped Media announced the launch of the Unzipped The Business of Sex podcast. The show, at www.BusinessOf.Sex, will feature “quick and dirty” episodes on various topics relating to legal aspects of the porn and sex toy business. New episodes will be posted at least twice per month, but the exact schedule will vary depending on the timing at which relevant news unfolds.
Each episode will be short so that people can get the information they need even in light of busy schedules. In some cases, Lynn will provide mini-seminars on pertinent topics, like patent, trademark, or copyright law. The seminars will include “how to” information for entrepreneurs and companies in the adult industry. In other cases, she’ll interview leading experts and industry insiders to get opinions and insights on pertinent issues.
“I am excited to make legal matters more understandable, as well as information about how to position and respond more accessible,” says Lynn. “The ‘quick and dirty’ format to the podcast will make it easy for people to get nuggets of information that are relevant to them without having to invest a lot of precious time – Given that business in the adult industry is moving at a pace more rapid than ever before, I believe this will make the podcast a valuable and sought-after resource.”
Concurrently, Lynn has launched an adult industry microsite for her law firm, Keohane & D’Alessandro, PLLC. Listeners looking for further information on legal matters discussed in the podcast can visit the website at www.Sextech.Lawyer. Maxine Lynn, through her firm, provides comprehensive intellectual property counsel to companies in the adult industry, as well as mainstream businesses.
