NASSTOYS supports customers and staff during Coronavirus pandemic
Nasstoys’ priority during this time of uncertainty is balancing the well-being of their customers and employees. To keep this balance, Nasstoys is making some adjustments to their operations.
“In service of the health of customers and employees, we’ve made some changes at our company,” said CEO Elliot Schwartz. “Although our offices are under a mandatory closure, we have employees working remotely who can assist our customers. We want to make sure we are supporting our customers and their needs during this trying time.”
Nasstoys is balancing safety and safe distancing with being loyal to their wholesale and retail partners. Schwartz promised that he and his staff are doing whatever they can to meet needs and requests.
In response to these uncertain times and not knowing how long distribution channels will be disrupted, Nasstoys is proactively creating product training videos to accompany all their new releases. In addition, Nasstoys sales staff are scheduling webinars to continue to be available for their retail partners and have found requests for this virtual assistance is growing every day.
