At the heart of this milestone celebration is CEO Hein Schouten, whose journey within SHOTS is a story of passion and growth. Having started as a Sales Representative over 13 years ago, Hein rose through the ranks to become Sales Manager, Sales Director, and now CEO since 2022. His leadership philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Being a leader means making the people in your team better every day, until they no longer need you.” Hein’s deep connection with the company and its people ensures that this anniversary is not only a moment to look back, but also to celebrate the team shaping the future of SHOTS.
