Whatever happened to Dale Bradford?
Those wondering what became of former erotic trade magazine editor Dale Bradford may be interested to learn he has just published a sequel to his 2024 novel, The Time-Travelling Estate Agent.
Called The Time-Travelling Estate Agent 2 – Bradford says he wanted to avoid any confusion over which order the books should be read in – the latest instalment in the series has gone straight into the Top 30 of Amazon UK’s Bestselling Time Travelling Titles.
Bradford left his position as editor of UK trade publication ETO in February, after 22 years in the role, and has spent the period since then developing The Time-Travelling Estate Agent 2.
“It’s certainly been interesting observing the industry from afar these last six months,” said Bradford. “Although the big names seem to be getting bigger, there will always be room in the market for those who bring something new to the party. It’s the same in the world of book publishing: although I am a newcomer to the industry, with a miniscule marketing budget, The Time-Travelling Estate Agent has managed to find a small audience. Hopefully this will grow further in the future, with the final part of the trilogy due in early 2026.”
Bradford has written four books in total: in addition to the two Time-Travelling Estate Agent titles, he is responsible for The Honey Peach Affair (a murder mystery set in the adult industry) and From Sex Shops To Supermarkets: How Adult Toys Became A Multi-Billion-Pound Industry (a non-fiction title chronicling the growth of sex toys in the 21st century). All titles are available on Amazon platforms worldwide, with prices starting from €2.69 on Kindle.
