SCALA says that the company is constantly looking for new, exciting ways to engage with their customers. The concept for the SCALA In-house Experience Event came from this ambition, plus our desire to inform, exchange knowledge and connect face-to-face in an informal setting. Scala describes the first try-out, held Monday the 28th of May, as a big success that paved the way for the next Experience Days – open to all SCALA customers – on the 3rd, 4th and 5th of September. As spots will be limited, guests will be requested to pre-register their attendance to guarantee availability.
During the SCALA In-house Experience Event guests were divided in small groups of six people, alternating between different events on the day itself. These events included a tour of our new Experience Center and a special walk-through of their warehouse – including a demonstration on how orders are processed and prepared for shipment. Guests could also attend three special work-shops hosted by CalExotics, TOJYOY and KamaSutra, where brand representatives shared their tips and tricks, marketing advice and showcased the newest arrivals – allowing guests to truly ‘experience’ the toys using all their senses.
SCALA also made sure guests were treated to delicious hospitality, including a buffet lunch, sweet indulgences throughout the program and a nice cold beer with savory snacks to round off the day. SCALA raised the glass to new experiences, shared together with their valued customers, and many mutual successes to come. Due to the positive feedback and success of the event, they’ve already scheduled the next SCALA Experience Days on the on the 3rd, 4th or 5th of September in Wijchen, The Netherlands.
