Sex Toy Candle Co is releasing the ‘DIY Mould Your Own Penis Candle Kit’

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, butt plug and dildo shaped candle brand, Sex Toy Candle Co, have the perfect gift. For the first time ever, you can now buy a candle shaped exactly like your (or your partner’s) penis. Newly released ahead of 14th February, the DIY Mould Your Own Penis Candle Kit costs £250 and includes a skin-safe moulding powder, wooden stirrer and moulding tube. Instructions help buyers create a mould of their penis in the privacy of their own home. If you’re lucky enough to have an appendage measuring over 8-inches, there is a £50 surcharge to pay. This covers the extra materials required. Once dry, this mould is returned to Sex Toy Candle Co in a prepaid box and owner and founder, Em Newton, takes over the making of the candle itself. Em explains that although it’s a bit different, this candle is inspired by a more traditional romantic gift: “I like to think of this candle as the erotic iteration of the locket – it’s thoughtful, personalised and fun. What could be more romantic than giving your Valentine a little piece of you?” Em says finding an appropriate wick size for the candle is especially challenging as penises vary so greatly in girth. She explains that it’s important to have a correctly sized wick so the candle burns evenly. In the spirit of personalisation, you can choose to have your candle in any of 8 shades, including a bubblegum pink, baby blue and neon yellow. There’s also a natural, undyed shade that Em says is, ‘perfect for wax play’.
Like the entire Sex Toy Candle Co range, your bespoke candle will be made from vegan soy wax and packaged in a bougie-yet-sustainable gift box. However, unlike the core range which is unscented, these candles are available in 3 masculine scents. Choose from Paco Rabanne 1 Million, Chanel Bleu de Chanel and Davidoff Cool Water. Em says the candles have been more popular than expected given the price tag: “It’s clear people are incredibly eager to immortalise their penises in soy wax form. I even had one customer who revealed that she plans to burn the candle if ever she and her partner break up. How cathartic!”
