XR Brands celebrates key staff promotion and two new strategic hires

XR Brands continues to solidify its staff with the introduction of two new strategic hires, both experienced sales executives with a combined 30 years of industry experience. And as part of the company’s development team, Lynda Mort has been promoted to Director of Strategic Planning to support the company’s customers with new business opportunities.

Joanie Lee_LOWNew to the sales team is Account Executive Joanie Lee, an industry veteran with 17 years of experience managing and building sales leads for some of the industry’s biggest companies. Her knowledge of the manufacturing process, as well as her solid reputation among key account holders, gives Lee a unique position within XR Brands’ sales department. Lee will specialize in growing existing accounts through catered sales programs while also focusing on new account acquisition.


Valentino Tolman_LOWAccomplished industry veteran Valentino Tolman joins XR Brands as International Sales Manager with more than 15 years of experience handling worldwide sales for the industry’s top manufacturers. Tolman will be driving XR Brands’ expansion into key and growing markets, including Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia.


Lynda Mort_LOWAnd now as Director of Strategic Planning, Lynda Mort will work directly with the sales team to strengthen its foundation with current customers. Through exploration of new opportunities, concepts, and ideas, Mort will provide each account with important planning, strategy, and analysis support while assisting with brand management and inspiration.
