SCALA’s new warehouse in Wijchen, the Netherlands is fully operational, meaning retailers will now receive premium service and faster shipping options, regardless of the order volume. Retailers enjoy new benefits like track and trace, same day shipping and more at SCALA today.
With the completion and implementation of the new SCALA warehouse and office location in Wijchen, the Netherlands, comes a long list of exciting benefits for SCALA’s valued B2B customers. After evaluation of shipping methods, SCALA has decided to send all parcels via UPS – allowing recipients to track and trace their orders from SCALA’s new warehouse to their own front doors. Customers will receive a code after order placement, meaning retailers can simply check online when delivery is scheduled and be fully updated during the delivery process on the whereabouts of their items.
SCALA aim to ship all orders placed before 1PM (GMT+1) on the same day, though the company ask for understanding that during peak periods, orders might take slightly longer to process. Please note that for large pallet shipments different transit times apply.
And that’s not all. The new warehouse also guarantees premium stock availability, a neater and more durable packaging of orders, quicker availability of new releases and access to XML-stock feeds via SCALA’s new website.
