Tonga B.V. acquires CLS Healthcare BV with brands Condoomfabriek and Willie.nl

Tonga BV is proud to announce the acquisition of CLS Healthcare. As a result, among others the brands Willie.nl, Willie Homeparty’s and Condoomfabriek are now owned by sisters Melanie and Stephanie de Jonge, directors of Tonga BV from 15 November 2023. With this strategic takeover Tonga expands their own product range and fulfils their ambition to supply, in addition to retailers, to consumers.

Melanie and Stephanie de Jonge of Tonga BV are very excited about this new step. “We are extremely happy to be able to expand Tonga BV further with the help of CLS Healthcare’s brands and expertise,” Melanie says. “There has always been a strong bond and cooperation between the two companies from the very beginning of Willie.nl. This acquisition therefore marks another milestone in the history of Tonga BV and CLS Healthcare BV. Both companies share a common vision for the future, focused on improving the customer experience and grow the product portfolio”.

This strategic acquisition offers both companies new growth opportunities, both nationally and internationally. Tonga BV will work to expand its product portfolio for shops and home parties and strengthen its marketing position. By doing so, the aim is to increase customer loyalty and strengthen their position in the market.

A key mission of Tonga BV is to boost education on intimacy and sexuality.  Thanks to this acquisition, Tonga BV will now be active in the entire chain, from product development to the end consumer and can respond even better to market demands.
