Further information on unauthorized b2b sellers at eroFame
In a recent letter, the organizer of eroFame has made it clear that selling products without a stand at the show is prohibited. The following is the letter in full:
Dear exhibitors of eroFame 2018,
dear friends of the industry,
in the light of current events, we again point to the fact that those manufacture’s representatives, who want to visit the fair and don’t have a booth on their own, have to register directly at the counter.
Please inform your respective contacts about that.
Special forms are provided for this purpose in which you should state – besides general infos about the company – whom those representatives want to have an appointment with or already arranged an appointment with during eroFame. The respective exhibitors will then be informed by us that their visitors have to be welcomed and personally picked up by them at the counter.
This measure had to be introduced since some Chinese companies repeatedly send invitations to retailers, in which they illegally state they would allegedly have booked booths at the fair. Some of those supposed representatives did also try to sell their goods unlawfully at eroFame in the past, although their companies did not have a booths; due to our statutes this is strictly forbidden and companies will receive a house ban in case of an unlawful action.
Currently, a house ban is in place for the following Chinese companies which we informed respectively:
- Funnysteel
- Shenzhen Milos Technology
- Shenzhen mroow electronic
- Magic Motion
- ShenZhen Caferry Technology Co.,LTD
- Ninghai County Jimeite Electronics Co., Ltd
- Wenzhou Chisa Toys Co.,Ltd
- 500cosmetícs
As already announced, we are also offering conference rooms for spontaneous meetings in hall 2 in which respective appointments can be held.
