Since the beginning of July, the FUN FACTORY B2B online shop has been sporting a new look! Following the relaunch of the B2C online shop in 2020, the B2B shop has also been given a comprehensive update and now offers business partners an all-round improved shopping experience.
The brand new shop is divided into four areas that can be easily accessed via the menu. As before, all FUN FACTORY products can be purchased in the Shop area, clearly sorted by category. The best innovation and what really helps our business partners is that the product pages of the best-selling products now contain detailed information and exclusive sales tips for particularly successful selling directly to customers. The Quick Order area includes a ‘quick order feature’ using a list – making it simple and straightforward to order toys. In the About Us category, business partners can get to know their sales contacts – in addition to lots of exciting information about the brand, its mission and the production ‘Made in Germany’. What’s more, the Download area is linked to FUN FACTORY’s new Digital Asset Management System, where numerous materials for all products are available.

Registration for the B2B Online Shop can be made at https://b2b.funfactory.com/de/account/register. As before, the new shop is also access-restricted. Existing accounts will not be automatically transferred to the new system, so a new registration is required for all customers. After registration, the data provided will be checked and activated by our business customer advisors within two working days. The shop is available in English and German.
