Swiss Navy is thankful for their global customer family
In the USA, November is known as National Gratitude Month and encourages people to embrace the power of thankfulness. This month, Swiss Navy is reflecting on their gratitude for their industry family throughout the world.
“With the pandemic, supplies issues, and other stressful situations that have occurred over the past year, now is the perfect time to take a moment and remember our blessings,” said Briana Watkins, M.D. Science’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This year, and last, has allowed our entire industry to grow closer together and we wanted our customers to know that we fully appreciate each and every one of them.”
2021 was an eventful year for Swiss Navy, with two new collections released: 4-in-1 Playful Flavors and Desire by Swiss Navy. And while many manufacturers would have postponed new releases, Swiss Navy focused on consumer essentials to create a much-needed multi-purpose collection, as well as a line of products that concentrate on female needs.
“Our Swiss Navy team aims to help our customer family on multiple levels,” said Ralph Albrecht, M.D. Science Lab’s CEO. “Shifting resources to make hygiene products and being flexible was a start, but Briana and her team wanted to do more by providing new merchandise and solutions that would help expand retailers’ sales.”
Helpfulness was a central component for Swiss Navy throughout 2021.
“I’m thankful that Swiss Navy was able to be a part of our customers’ success this year,” said Watkins. “Our entire team is industry family-focused, and we always keep our customers a constant priority. We are all incredibly thankful to be a part of this industry and appreciate how Swiss Navy is consistently embraced.”
